Bolognese sauce
Try our hearty plant-based Bolognese for a quick, healthy and satisfying meal, no meat but lots of good flavour, ready to toss on your favourite pasta or to combine with vegan cheese to fill your pastry cake or to prepare a beautiful baked timbale. Perfect combination with creamy polenta and mushroom.
Ingredients
Tomato, soya rehydrated, tomato paste, celery, carrot, onion, extra virgin olive oil, salt, red wine, nutmeg powder, black pepper.

Preparation
Microwave
Place the sauce in a microwave safe container, cover with cling wrap leaving one corner open, reheat on high power for 5 min. Reduce the time to 3 min if already defrosted.
Stove
Place the sauce in a saucepan after defrosted and simmer on a medium flame for 4 min.
